Blue Sky Tissue Culture Pty Ltd trading as Blue Sky Backyard Bananas will ensure your order is well-packed and will leave our premises in top condition, and we will advise you that the parcel has been dispatched. We are located in a regional area; standard postage to most areas in QLD will take 4-6 working days. We are outside the Express Post network, so we are unable to offer Express Postage. We send via eParcel and a signature is required upon delivery. We suggest you nominate a work address to ensure someone will sign for the parcel. If you nominate your home address and there is no-one home, a collection notice should be left by the courier. The parcel WILL NOT be left unattended. If you are expecting a parcel to arrive, and no collection notice has been received, you should check at the post office prior to close of business Friday.
After we hand your parcel to Australia Post, our responsibility ends. We cannot and DO NOT accept any liability for orders lost or damaged whilst in their care. The onus is on Australia Post for any loss or damage during transit, or delay in delivery. There is no insurance offered on the parcel, as Australia Post WILL NOT insure live plants. Australia Post will ONLY offer compensation if the parcel is deemed to be lost entirely, but NOT if the goods are received in poor condition as a result of delayed delivery. Should any such problems occur you, the customer, will need to contact Australia Post Customer Service on 13 13 18. |
